A walk trail has been created from Thirsty Point to the Hansen Bay lookout. Along this track can be seen a wide variety of wildflowers with lovely ocean views along the way.
The Hansen Bay lookout accords a sweeping panoramic view of the bay.
Many species of birds thrive in the area which is directly adjacent to the Nambung National Park.
From the Hansen Bay lookout area it is possible to walk down to the beach and enter the National Park along the coast. Here you will discover towering white sand dunes for the energetic to clamber up. Behind the dunes you will often see kangaroos, emus and many other types of interesting wildlife.
