Dear Prime Minister,

I regret having received no response to the important issues brought to your attention via my past two letters of September 17 / November 11 – 2005 respectfully seeking clarification of your government’s policy towards the global UFO phenomena? As a direct result of this worrisome inaction I have become a registered WA representative of the international non-profit organization, The Disclosure Project www.DisclosureProject.org. This most reputable organisation has identified over 450 military, intelligence and corporate contractor witnesses to UFO events and projects, as well as an abundance of further compelling evidence proving that UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence are real. I herein enclose a DVD with sworn testimony that we ask you urgently review?

The secrecy surrounding this subject has eroded the USA ’s constitutional form of government while illegal projects unsupervised by the Congress and the President continue to withhold from the public this important information. I have also learned that these projects have illegally classified and withheld from the public new energy and propulsion technologies that could replace our need for foreign oil, and eliminate much of the pollution in the world. I herein seek your reassurance that no similar covert projects exist within Australia ?

The tragic events of September 11, 2001 and ongoing terrorism issues underscore the need to disclose this information so that the world may at last have a practical replacement for oil and the internal combustion engine. For too long mid-east and foreign policy has been driven by the need to secure an endless supply of cheap oil - and yet the above-mentioned rogue projects are withholding the very technologies that can realistically replace all fossil fuel use.

As a representative of DISCOSURE I therefore ask that you immediately instruct your staff to study this matter and that you call for open, secrecy-free hearings into the phenomena? We acknowledge a certain level of government secrecy may be necessary but the excessive, illegal secrecy associated with the above-mentioned ‘black’ budget projects is a threat to international democracy and the security of nations.

The witnesses on this DVD conclusively establish that these objects are real, that some are of extraterrestrial origin, and that the technologies related to their energy and propulsion systems are known but are withheld from a world sorely in need of their disclosure. The time has come to let the truth be known and it is your unequivocal responsibility not only to the people of this country but the worlds population at large to see that fair and open hearings are held on this crucial matter.

With so many bona fide top-secret witnesses, astronauts, government documents and other irrefutable evidence further denial of the reality of this subject is pointless and offensive.

Please study this DVD urgently and sponsor open hearings in the immediate future.

Dear Robyn,

Many thanks for your welcome letter of December 7 th 2005 . Thank you also for forwarding our subject material to Paul Willis of the Catalyst team. I am currently endeavouring to furnish Paul with any data collated here in Australia .

Further to your letter I am keen to learn details of the Australian Sceptics scientific research you mentioned. To date their sole response has been ridicule. Showing photographs of grinning hoaxers with wooden planks does not constitute scientific evidence. We do not refute the juvenile continuation of hoaxing that has set back serious research by an estimated 20-years.

We logically favour informed debate and hope to examine any legitimate evidence they may present to disprove the enclosed corroborated research data establishing not all formations are hoaxes. I have also enclosed the award winning DVD for your edification which I hope might inspire your active interest in the phenomenon if you might kindly find time to view the content.

Also please note in the enclosed post card the size of the helicopter (lower left) in proportion to the massive scale of the 2001 - Alton Barns, Julia Set formation. You will agree that no human effort could manifest such flawless mathematical precision on this colossal scale undetected in a mere several hours of total darkness. Claims to this effect are demonstrably absurd.

We fear the attitude of conventional science towards this phenomenon is comparable to the Vatican ’s treatment of Galileo. As you know nothing of note happens in science until some courageous individual steps outside of the square. When this happens the customary response is ridicule, then outrage before acceptance. We believe we are fast approaching the second stage in this progression.

We therefore respectfully submit there is more than enough scientific evidence to justify serious investigation. Unravelling this most compelling mystery requires in-depth and ongoing research. It is earnestly hoped you might assist in galvanising genuine scientific efforts toward this essential outcome. Once again thank you for your time and attention in this matter.
